The breakfast choices were fantastic, and the food quality surpassed our expectations, making us want to return in the future for sure due to our time restriction.

The front desk person was extremely friendly and welcoming, as was the breakfast hostess, Mona. She made a point of welcoming everyone personally.

Prices are a bit high for me!

The staff that handled breakfast was nice. The food was good. Kids love it. the decor of the hotel was nice, rooms were good. Ample parking and near the shops, restaurants, and highway.

My Bathroom sink was clogged, the restroom down by the front desk was dirty.

The rooms are spacious and newly furnished, with delicious pastries and a cozy bed.

There is a lot of tasty food for breakfast.

The breakfast was extra good, with many healthy choices! Comfortable bed. Squeaky clean bathroom. Lots of towels and bath cloths. Near the best shopping area in Montgomery.

The staff is excellent. Which makes a tremendous difference, especially when traveling alone. Everyone I came in contact with, from the front desk to the housekeepers were courteous and kind. I'm so grateful for that.

This was my first time staying at this location. I typically stay downtown, but wanted to be out East. The facility is in bad need of a makeover. The dingy carpet, yellow lighting, window a/c hanging out of the wall, and slow draining tub were definite turn offs for me. The bathroom area is cramped and tough to get ready in. The furniture, curtains, and decor were dark, dreary, and worn. Though I was in a non-smoking room, while in my room, I could smell smoke either from the hallway or someone smoking in a room nearby. I am very allergic to cigarette smoke so that was a huge bummer. I mentioned it to the front desk, but there was little they could do. As someone who isn't terribly high maintenance, I realized how much these small things matter. Was it not for how wonderful the staff was, I would have checked out and stayed somewhere else after seeing/smelling my room.

The hotel was exceptional with pleasant staff and a favorable location near eateries and shopping. We stayed in a modern room that had a vending machine, plenty of space, and a comfortable couch. The whole experience was nice from start to finish.

Well, this place was spotless and the staff were amazing. The free breakfast had tons of choices, and everyone working there was super friendly. it was pretty cool staying here. 😊

Had an excellent stay on a vacation, glad I've chosen it. The breakfast was complimentary with so many options and the food was excellent. The location in a pretty area was great and there were a large shopping mall and shopping areas nearby.

The location and free WI-FI were great.

The pillows and bed were not at all comfortable.
